How do I make a booking on ZovioTrips?expand_more
Browse listings, select your dates and number of guests, then click 'Reserve.' You'll be guided through a secure checkout process. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation via email and in your dashboard.
Can I book for someone else?expand_more
Yes, you can book on behalf of another traveler. During checkout, provide the guest's name and contact information. The primary account holder remains responsible for payment and communication.
How far in advance can I book?expand_more
Most properties allow bookings up to 12 months in advance. Some premium and seasonal properties may open availability earlier. We recommend booking popular destinations at least 2-3 months ahead.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?expand_more
Yes, you can request date changes or guest count modifications through your bookings dashboard. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing. The host must approve any modifications.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
When am I charged for a booking?expand_more
Full payment is typically collected at the time of booking confirmation. For bookings over a certain amount, you may have the option to split the payment -- 50% at booking and the remainder 14 days before check-in.
Are there any hidden fees?expand_more
No. The total price shown before you confirm includes the accommodation fee, ZovioTrips service fee, and applicable taxes. Cleaning fees, if any, are displayed in the price breakdown on the listing page.

How do I cancel a booking?expand_more
Go to your Bookings dashboard, select the reservation, and click 'Cancel Booking.' The refund amount depends on the property's cancellation policy, which is displayed on the listing and in your booking confirmation.
How long does a refund take?expand_more
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
What if the host cancels my booking?expand_more
If a host cancels, you'll receive a full refund automatically. Our team will also help you find a comparable alternative at no additional cost. Hosts who cancel frequently face penalties on our platform.

Go to Settings in your account menu. From there you can update your name, email, phone number, profile photo, and notification preferences. Some changes may require email verification.
How do I reset my password?expand_more
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 24 hours. For security, we recommend using a strong, unique password.
Can I delete my account?expand_more
Yes. Go to Settings and select 'Delete Account.' Please note this action is permanent. Any active bookings must be cancelled or completed before deletion. Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How do I check in to my stay?expand_more
Check-in instructions are shared by the host 24-48 hours before your arrival. You'll find them in your booking details and via email. Common methods include key lockbox, in-person handoff, or smart lock codes.
What if something is wrong with the property?expand_more
Contact the host immediately through the ZovioTrips messaging system. If the issue isn't resolved within a reasonable time, reach out to our support team. We offer rebooking assistance or refunds for significant discrepancies.
Can I leave a review after my trip?expand_more
Yes, after checkout you'll receive a prompt to review your stay. Reviews help the community and are published after both the guest and host have submitted theirs, or after 14 days -- whichever comes first.
